We women tend to worry a lot. What will happen when my kid goes to school? What if he won't eat. Etc..etc..We have our small world and we worry so much about everything that it becomes our default way of thinking. But when you feel that you are worrying about something. Ask three questions to yourself.
Why am I worried?
What worst will happen ?
How am I going to deal with it when this happens?
You will find that in most cases you will stop at the second question.
