✅ Importance of rest, recovery & injury prevention
✅ Balancing sports and studies effectively
✅ Benefits and support available through AITA, GSTA, SAG, SAI & Government schemes
✅ Understanding opportunities, rankings, and player development pathways
We request all coaches and academies to share this in your respective groups to maximize awareness and participation.
This session will also support coaches, as informed parents will better understand the requirements, commitments, and long-term needs of tennis development.
Together, let’s build stronger awareness and a better pathway for future players.

The Gujarat State Tennis Association congratulates Vaidehee Chaudhari on an excellent doubles campaign at the ITF W35 Tumakuru, finishing as Doubles Finalist alongside partner Zuzanna Pawlikowska.
The top-seeded pair showcased consistency and high-level performances throughout the tournament to reach the final of the prestigious event.

Vaidehee Chaudhari & Zeel Desai Reach Semi-Finals at ITF W35 Tumakuru
The Gujarat State Tennis Association proudly congratulates Vaidehee Chaudhari and Zeel Desai on their impressive semi-final performances at the ITF W35 Tumakuru, competing strongly against higher-ranked international opponents.
🏆 Semi-final Results:
• Vaidehee Chaudhari lost to top seed Justina Mikulskyte — 3-6, 6-2, 2-6
• Zeel Desai lost to Zuzanna Pawlikowska — 7-6(9), 2-1 (retd.)

🔥 Jensi Kanabar Becomes Youngest Indian to Reach Pro Singles Quarter-Final
The Gujarat State Tennis Association proudly congratulates Jensi Kanabar on creating history by becoming the youngest Indian female to reach the quarter-final of a professional singles event, breaking a 25-year-old record.
At just 14 years and 5 months, Jensi surpassed the milestone previously held by Sania Mirza, marking a significant moment for Indian tennis and a proud achievement for Gujarat.
Competing in only her second ITF professional event, Jensi displayed exceptional courage and composure, saving multiple set points and defeating a higher-ranked opponent to secure her place in the ITF W15 New Delhi quarter-finals (6-3, 7-5).
