You might have heard that you should drink lots of water, but do you know ideal âlots ofâ for every body is different?
As a general rule, you can use this simple calculation. Water (in litres) to drink a day = Your Weight (in Kg) multiplied by 0.033. For example, if you are 60kg, you should drink about 2 litres of water every single day. At 90kg, you'll around about 3 litres of water. All you need to do is multiply 0.033 to your weight in Kg.

âI was mad at myself. It was way more and less than I thought. More of the muscle bags I carry around, and less of energy in them. I had to do something .
