Xercisewise-is a group fitness class. The routine includes Zumba (the latest fun filled dance workout), cardio kickboxing, aerobics ,ABT(abs,butts n thigh)
Being fit is a part of my lifestyle. Its not a phase and nor is it a trend or fad to be followed. I have been a part of this field since the last 15 years. I am a certified fitness trainer for strength training and step aerobics. Along with
this I have done a alot of workshops on cardio-kickboxing, yoga etc. The latest being Zumba. Yes I am a licensed Zumba trainer. So lets get fitter and feel younger.

These women inspire me ..... their commitment towards a healthy body at 60 yrs + is commendable. Muscle training is more important, necessary n needed at this age.... which many fail to realise and accept.
