The only thing i love about summer is 🥭

There are so many myths about eating mangos in our weight loss journey…normally people say mangos cause weight gain…

But the Fact is mango is high on fiber, antioxidant and phytonutrients and there is always a right time to eat your favourite food. Also કેરી નો રસ is not good just eat whole fruit
