Rebuilding the Strength that I had lost during pregnancy & post delivery. Loosing weight was never the only Goal. For me the goal has always been to be strong & lean.
I want to be able to Bench Press, Deadlift, Squat Heavy cause I know I have the strength, mindset, courage & ability to do it. I know it is a matter of time & patience that I will be getting back to what I wanted & be even better. 🙌
My Love for lifting weights 🏋🏻♀️ is so natural that it doesn’t feel like a task, it feels good to be lifting heavy again. After 6 months of taking care of the post pregnancy recovery I finally feel like I am able to lift well with confidence & getting back my pre pregnancy body 🧿🥰
Our bodies are amazing & so much it can do including making a whole little human inside 👶. So grateful for this body & for everything it’s doing everyday.

7 months Postpartum, celebrating my mind & body connection ♥️
I feel more like myself finally with all the consistency of eating clean atleast 80% of the time & exercising atleast 4-5 days/week. All this while taking care of my baby Adira & working part time as well.
Postpartum can be very tough. It is solely on how you manage everything coming your way. Giving birth is the biggest good fortune & the post delivery can be that much worse to manage. These are few things I started immediately post delivery once I was back from the hospital:
1. Started walking daily for atleast 20 mins listening to my favourite music
2. Surrounded myself with family members to talk to & be there to support with taking care of my baby
3. Taking good amount of rest during the day if nights were tough
4. Eating good yummy home cooked meals
5. Pampering myself with massage, manicure pedicure
6. Daily chanting of Nam Myoho Renge Kyo that made me feel so calm & enjoy every moment with my baby
7. Friends were always there to guide me and talk to me
8. Kept myself positive throughout
9. Paid my gratitude daily
10. Gave my best to my baby.
Winter ❄️ always turns to spring 🌤️ (bad / tough days have to turn to good /happy days) 😇
