Dear Enthusiasts,
Unfortunately, the rain gods went against us because of which we have cancelled the event planned for Saturday, 29th of July.

But do not worry because we will be back very soon with another event, as soon as possible. So be ready and keep yourselves warmed up!

"It was a Thursday of one of those tight weeks in GNLU, when I was facing a serious attendance crunch and didn't have the option of missing the 8.30 AM lecture. I, like any other 23 year old, was looking forward to the coming Saturday, so that I could wake up at 10, eat the customary 'mess ka aloo paratha' loaded with butter, come back , sleep and wake up not before snacks time. This is when Aksh*t pradhan approached me with the idea of going on 50 km cycling trip from GNLU to Thol lake, which would start at 5 am sharp. As he must have expected, the plan was met with a resounding "No" from me but, like true entrepreneurs, him, along with the co founders Utkarsh Malviya and Vishal Ladhani convinced me to go for the trip. There were incentives, but they were best not revealed. And that is how, I became a part of the maiden PedalOn trip. Waking up was tough, but that little pain (well, a lot of it, actually) gave me the experience which I would cherish for my entire life. A bunch of around 10 boys and girls from my batch set out to cover those 50 km of joyride and ended up being proud as a collective lot for covering what seemed like an impossible task. The challenge brought out the best in me, and took me back to the good old days when I used to hit the ground more often. The Style over Speed Award was only the icing on the cake, given that I was one of the three awardees along with Gogo and Yashi Singh. An experience, I shall always remember. After the successful maiden trip, I only saw PedalOn growing from strength to strength, thanks to the enterprising a spirit of its founders. I wish the new PedalOn team all the very best!

Dear Enthusiasts,
Team herein expresses its gratitude to people at a time when it draws closure to the first phase of its initiative.
It was an amazing experience for the team to firstly, serve the interests of many cyclists in the circuit and secondly, to be able to encourage more and more people to take up cycling. It was, at times, a challenging task for the team to plan, coordinate and eventually execute its strategies however the determination of the participants kept the Team going to make it bigger and better each time.
Team PedalOn was successful in conducting numerous trips to places like Thol Bird Sanctuary, Adalaj Stepwell, Vintage Car Museum etc. which ranged from 42 kms to 60 kms to and fro. The participants comprised not only of students from IIM Ahmedabad, GNLU & PDPU but also working individuals residing in Ahmedabad. Their grit made the challenge for the Team even more exciting and worthy of our efforts.
Team comprising of Vishal Ladhani, Utkarsh Malviya and Aksh*t Pradhan takes a bow and signs off till its next phase. The Team would like make special mention of Ms. Aparajita Arya for her selfless contributions towards providing us all the logistical support and ideas. We will soon be out with a new team who will take our Gujarat chapter ahead. We will be expanding our base in Delhi, Mumbai and Allahabad.
We thank all our enthusiasts who are all in our view even though they put their but eventually .

Tahe-dil se shukriya Ada karna chahunga team PedalOn ka aur asha karta Hun unki yeh prerit pahal barkarar rahe!

Presenting the pictures of our final PedalOn trip to the Vintage Car Museum. A fitting end to the first edition of PedalOn, the toughest and the most daunting trip yet (58 km) was successfully completed by one of the most enthusiastic groups we've hosted so far. PedalOn salutes your spirit guys!

"PedalOn was one of those experiences I didn't even know I should have had on my bucket list. I can think of very few things that are more fulfilling to do over a weekend than taking this kind of a cycling trip with a group of people and being guided by the extremely efficient team at PedalOn. Our trip to Thol Bird Sanctuary was fun and exciting, and such a big confidence boost! It was pretty nice to realise that cycling for that long on highways isn't as daunting as it seems. It's definitely a challenge, but it's more than worth the effort. Another really cool aspect of my trip was an impromptu cycle race against (and a terrible loss to) nearby village kids on my way back from Thol. Thanks so much, Vishal Ladhani and Aksh*t Pradhan for showing us such a good time. I'm definitely up for more of PedalOn :)"

On 25th February, 2017, PedalOn added yet another feather to its cap by succesfully completing its fourth enthralling cycling trip. This time, it was the Alumni of GNLU and students of GNLU and IIM-A who jointly participated in the 52 kilometer joyride!

When I heard about the plan of riding a hybrid cycle, I was thrilled and immediately signed up for the event. To be frank, I was a little apprehensive as to whether I would be able to successfully complete the ride of 52 Kilometers. However once I started there was no looking back mainly due to the quality of cycles we were provided and the brilliant management by the PedalOn team. I would love to be a part of the subsequent tours to be organised by PedalOn and wish them good luck for their future endeavors !
