When you're in your 20's you have time, youth, lack of responsibilities, and hormones on your side.
When you get to 40+, the game changes.
As long as you're not a pro athlete, you can be in better shape at 40+ if you do the right things.
Lift heavy objects, walk 8k steps a day, eat a nutrient-dense diet, stretch daily, drink water & get some sleep.
Share with someone who thinks 40 is "over the hill."
