AS THE NPL AUCTIONS HAVE BEEN SUCCESFULLY COMPLETED AND SEVERAL PLAYERS ARE STILL UNSOLD, NPL IS GIVING AN OPPORTUNITY TO ALL THE UNSOLD PLAYERS TO CREATE THEIR OWN TEAM AND BE A PART OF THE LEAGUE.

THUS ANY TWO OF THE UNSOLD PLAYERS CAN BE THE OWNERS AND CREATE A TEAM OF 15 PLAYERS EACH ( ALL THE PLAYERS MUST BE FROM THE REGISTERED ONE'S. NO NEW ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED).

ONLY TWO TEAMS OF UNSOLDS MUST BE FORMED. 1/3 TEAMS WOULD NOT BE ACCEPTED.

THERE WOULD BE A REGISTRATION AMOUNT FOR BECOMING AN OWNER.
