The knee doesn't fail on the pickleball court. It fails for everything that was never built to protect it.
Most pickleball players accept knee pain as part of the game. Every time you push off, decelerate, or absorb a landing on the court - that force has to go somewhere. In a conditioned body, it goes into the muscle. The quad controls the deceleration. The glute stabilises the direction change. The surrounding musculature absorbs the shock before it reaches the joint. Strength and conditioning doesn't just build muscle. It stops the knee from being the shock absorber, and the muscle takes over. Ultimately, the pain that felt like part of the game stops feeling inevitable - because it no longer has a reason to be there.
If you've been playing through knee pain, this is the conversation your body has been trying to start.

Every packed court in Ahmedabad has the same problem nobody on it is talking about.
Morning or night - the pickleball courts are full. The sport has taken over the city in a way that very few sports do. But every sport that grows this fast carries the same problem with it.
Players fall in love with the game and get obsessed. But the body gets more ignored than prepared for the game.
The back tightens. The ankle rolls. The knee starts to ache after every session. But the court is booked and the match is on, so the body gets pushed through. The game didn't do that. The absence of preparation did.
If you want the sport to stay, the body has to be built to carry it.
Come see us at Fitformance. We'll make sure you're trained for the sport, not just playing it.

Your golf coach works on the technique. The grip. The swing path. The follow through. That's their job - and it's an important one.
Our job is different.
At Fitformance, we build the physical foundation the swing runs on. The lower body, core, posterior chain, and the hip mobility.
None of that is built by playing golf. And none of it is built by swing coaching. It's built through targeted, sport-specific conditioning that prepares every structure the game demands, before the game demands it.
The result isn't just a better swing. It's a body that produces the same swing on the eighteenth hole that it produced on the first. That sustains distance, accuracy, and consistency across the full round. That plays the game for longer without the injuries that end most recreational golf careers earlier than they should.
We don't teach golf. We build the body that plays it - and plays it for longer.

Strength without stability is just force with nowhere to go.
Most people train the core for strength. Core strength and Core stability aren't the same quality - and in sport, the second one matters more than the first.
A strong core that isn't stable leaks power on every swing, every smash, every stroke. The force is produced but never transferred efficiently, and the body works significantly harder than it should to deliver output that a stable core would have managed cleanly.
This is why a player can train consistently, build genuine core strength, and still experience lower back pain, power loss mid-game, and form deterioration when fatigue arrives.
Stability is what converts strength into performance. Without it, the strength the body spent months building has no reliable mechanism to express itself through the sport.
At Fitformance, we train both. Because in sport, control matters more than force alone.

Every golfer has been there. Convinced that the right club is the missing variable between a good round and a great one. It isn't thought.
Distance comes from a body that can rotate fully and generate force efficiently through the swing. Accuracy comes from the stability to repeat that movement cleanly, not just on the first hole, but on the 18th. Consistency comes from a physical foundation that doesn't degrade across 18 holes and 300 to 400 shots.
None of that lives in the equipment. All of it lives in the body producing the swing. The golfer who upgrades their club gets a better tool. The golfer who trains the body behind the swing gets better distance, better accuracy, and better consistency, on every club they already own.
At Fitformance, we build the three things your game actually demands. Rotation. Force production. Stability.
Distance. Accuracy. Consistency. Built - not bought.

Whether you play recreationally or competitively, your body deserves proper preparation.
If your body keeps breaking down every time you play, the solution isn’t to stop playing. It’s to prepare your body better. You can’t tell a sports car to drive slower because the engine is overheating. You fix the component causing the problem. Athletes work the same way. Most injuries, especially in your 30s and 40s, come from poor conditioning, weak movement patterns, and gaps in physical preparation.
At FitFormance, we identify what your body is lacking and help you build strength, mobility, stability, and resilience so you can keep playing the sport you love for years.
Come in. Get assessed. Leave with a plan and the support stack behind it.

The game is recreational. The body behind it isn't.
Most recreational golfers walk straight onto the course. No warm up. No activation. No preparation of any kind. The muscles are cold, the core is disengaged, and the brain hasn't been told that the body is about to rotate at full force through a biomechanically demanding movement - repeatedly, across 18 holes. The body doesn't know you're playing recreationally. It just absorbs the load. A proper warm up changes all of it. Rotational activation. Core engagement. Hip mobility preparation. Ten minutes that tell the body exactly what it's about to be asked to do, so when the first swing arrives, the structure behind it is ready to produce it cleanly and protect itself doing so.
You think you're playing recreationally. Your body is playing a professional game either way. Prepare accordingly.

Cardio trains the engine. Coredio trains everything that runs it.
Most people think cardio is a heart and lung conversation. It is, but only half of one. Every time you run, cycle, or move at intensity, your core is the structure holding the entire effort together. Without a trained core behind the cardio, the heart and lungs are doing their job while everything else compensates. That compensation is where the inefficiency lives. Coredio is cardiovascular training with the core engaged, not as an afterthought, not as a separate session, but as an active participant in every movement. The result isn't just a stronger heart. It's a more stable, more efficient, more injury-resistant body.
Cardio makes you fitter. Coredio makes you functional.

Three mistakes. One outcome. A fitness journey that ends before it should.
Most beginners fail because they were too committed, too fast, in all the wrong directions.
The first mistake is doing too much too soon - A complete nutrition overhaul, morning cardio, evening sessions, all at once. The body doesn't adapt to volume. It adapts to progressive change, and when too much change arrives simultaneously, the system burns out.
The second mistake is choosing aesthetic over science - Training for the way something looks rather than what it actually does. A programme built around appearance rarely builds the physical foundation that makes appearance sustainable. Science-led training does both - it produces the result and builds the structure that keeps it.
The third mistake, and the most costly - is quitting just before the results arrive. The body doesn't reward effort immediately. It rewards accumulated, consistent effort over time. Most people stop in the window between the work and the outcome, when the progress isn't visible yet but is already happening beneath the surface.
Three mistakes. One common thread. Impatience.
Come in. We'll build a plan that starts where your body is, not where your timeline wants it to be.
