I remember the time 3 and half months ago when I was not even able to do 5 chinups and now I can do 10 easily and that too with variations. This feeling is just amazing seeing urself progressing slowly along with work life.
These months have been amazing for me, I look daily in mirror to remind myself and see the progression. Everyone has to find out their own motivation to push daily, work hard and discipline themselves.
