Martial Arts were made for self defense purpose but as they started to get famous among people, they have become more of a sport. Self Defense aspect of Martial Arts should not be neglected. There are no referees in the real life situations. In this video we are teaching the person how to defend himself against an aggressive opponent. In this phase of training we made him to defend himself against a moderately aggressive opponent using the techniques and principles that we taught him. We don't use any super fancy moves in our self defense system as they are less applicable in the real life situations. In this video you'll see the most important principle of self defense i.e Distance Management. The defender will continuously put the aggressor in the situation where he cannot throw a deadly strike or completely immobilize his hand using the simple things which can be done by everyone.
