Protein + Fibre = Your Weight-Loss Besties 💛🌯
Holding this tortilla with veggies and 100g paneer (homemade low fat )… and also holding onto one simple truth 👉 your meals decide your results.
Most women under-eat protein and then wonder why…
• they feel hungry all the time
• they crave sugar
• they feel low-energy
• they don’t see progress even when they “eat clean”
Here’s the thing:
✨ Protein is essential.
Your body uses it to BUILD MUSCLE (which boosts metabolism), control appetite, and keep your energy stable.
✨ Aim for at least 20g protein every meal.
That could come from paneer, lentils, tofu, Greek yogurt, beans, or eggs (optional).
50g paneer = ~12g protein — add more protein sources through the day to hit your goal.
✨ Add fibre at every meal.
Veggies, whole grains, fruits, beans — these help digestion, keep you full longer, and balance blood sugar.
If your goal is fat loss → nutrition matters just as much as workouts.
You can train daily, but if your meals are low in protein + fibre, your hunger, cravings, and energy will always feel out of control.
