Only losing weight on the weighing scale doesn't matter. While strength training, you lose fat and gain precious muscles at the same time. So the resultant change in your weight might be few pounds, but the other marker is Inch Loss around your mid section of the torso along with inch gain around your limbs. Such is a Transformation story of and this only happens when you'll get correct nutrition and progressive workout sessions.
