Exercise आणि Garba एकत्र करून मुलांना fitness चं महत्त्व मजेत समजावून सांगितलं.
From warm-up to energetic dance moves, सगळ्यांनी enthusiasm ने participation केलं.👏

अशा छोट्या वयात regular movement, rhythm आणि group activity यामुळे
➡️ Confidence वाढतं
➡️ Coordination आणि balance सुधारतो
➡️ आणि सर्वात महत्त्वाचं म्हणजे — they start loving fitness! 💪🎶

Garba workout मुळे मुलांना energy release करता आली, stress कमी झाला आणि team spirit पण develop झाला.
Cultural touch असलेला हा fitness चा journey त्यांच्यासाठी learning + enjoyment दोन्ही ठरला! 🌈
