Conducted workshop on 'Learning Process' for CSR international school's Teacher & Staff. Teacher become central function of learning if he understands true method of learning. It was wonderful group of teachers, who were not only ready but thirsty to learn and that becomes the real reason for me today to diliver somthing extra than regular one. School Director Mr. Gajendra Bhosale who is striving to develop such a genuine educational institute located in the heart of Sambhajinagar with having futuristic environment.

Great meeting, coaching done for Jalna base Agro company who is producer of PVC pipe, mulching paper and sprinkler at larger level. I talked with their sales leadership team and owners and guided them for future business management.
As L&D expert I understood the real issues of business development from business owners perspective and had in-depth talk will them. And needless to say that it was wonderful and inspiring discussion and coaching dilevery.

What I feel is rural becoming vocal now a days. I see many businesses who do not come from metro or city background. Still they have started behaving like professional business as of they emerged as to conquer the world. Their confidence and their desires to win wide market is so captivating. I always wonder to see such business owners to perform their capacities out of their comfort zone.

When you have team of professor with you for 2 days at isolation, then every minute you spent with such a learnt professional become tremendously futuristic. As consultant of one of the prominent medical institution of Maharashtra, participated in yearly performance review and goal setting meeting. We talked and shared insightful department wise YTD observations of administrative planning for College of Ayurveda, College of pharmacy , College of Homeopathy. College of physiotherapy. IT IS WONDERFUL & RESPONSEBALE FEELING THAT I HAVE BEEN HELPING MANAGEMENT TO BUILD SUSTAINABLE MANAGEMENT ENVIRONMENT.

These 2 days were full of learning and full of fun indeed. The trust of management on me, made me more responsible towards my all coaching strategies and training deliveries for the betterment of all principal's, professors and entire staff of educational group.

When you do many things at once in one event..that truly becomes life long memories.
Yesterday we have experienced wonderful annual performance meet of one of my growing client at Sambhajinagar. where we celebrated success of our last year's efforts, which we have taken for improvement of management system, development of standard performance criteria and improvement in business from many aspects.
We have not only rewarded employees for their excellent performance but also we acknowledged them for their loyalty and choosing us for there career growth. We also planned deep learning activities for them where employees were tought on sub- concious mind and it's effect on our every decision and life path..
At the end people enjoyed wonderful night, songs and delicious food... Kudos to all..!

It's all about reaching where you committed to reach.... !
But remember commitment will only take you there, where you have decided to go; when, how you can go there is very clear. Continuous efforts are required at every step in business to diliver expectations. Often means and modes of reaching at expected outcomes are not clear, due to which people are always in the state of lack of eagerness or willingness; disinclination. Every management has to communicate their team by adopting creative ways, so that inclined message will reach appropriately. Training your people continuously is one of them..

Often best place of the learning is your actual work place. People are habituated with workplace environment. If we could break the stereotype there only, then sudden realisation happens with the participants. They realise the dogma they have developed in there mind about the work over the period of time. They immediately start reacting on new aspect, which initially cognitive in nature and then slowly it becomes practical, However the activity you do with leadership must be planned in very systematic way. Unfolding the truth and indepth interaction with leadership is very crucial, without which it is not going to get success. I am happy to see after every mind-blowing activities I could observe tremendous acceptance and pro learning approach. Thank you all for trusting.
