District Archery Association - Shri Ayodhya Ji

लिम्बाराम भारत का पहला अंतरराष्ट्रीय तीरंदाज है जिसने भारत का तीन बार ओलंपिक में प्रतिनिधित्व कर एक कीर्तिमान स्थापित किया है। उन्होंने 1989 में एशिया कप में युगल प्रतिस्पर्धा में स्वर्ण पदक और एकल प्रतियोगिता में रजत पदक जीता। 1991 में लिंबा राम को अर्जुन अवार्ड से तथा 2012 में पद्मश्री सम्मान से विभूषित किया गया।

Limba Ram is India's first International Archer, who represented India in record three Olympics. In 1989, Limba won a gold medal in team event while a silver medal in individual event in Asia Cup. Limba Ram was awarded Arjuna Award in 1991 and Padma Shri Award in 2012.

युवा तीरंदाज, 24 वर्षीया दीपिका कुमारी भारत की श्रेष्ठ तीरंदाज मानी जाती हैं। उन्होंने 16 वर्ष की आयु में ही 2010 में आयोजित कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स में दो स्वर्ण पदक जीते। 2010 के एशियन गेम्स में कांस्य पदक और 2011 में विश्व चैंपियनशिप में रजत पदक प्राप्त किया। उन्होंने विभिन्न विश्व कप एकल प्रतियोगिताओं में तीन स्वर्ण पदक और तीन रजत पदक जीते हैं।

Deepika Kumari is the considered the best archer of India at a young age of 24. She won two gold medals at the 2010 Commonwealth Games at the age of 16, bronze at the 2010 Asian Games and silver in 2011 World Championship. She has won three gold medals and three silver at various World Cups in individual events.
