I believe that everyone should have access to yoga and wellness classes. Yoga Sadhana offers online yoga classes with a goal to help everyone achieve their physical and mental goals. Classes are designed to incorporate:
-Traditional methods of practicing yoga, with a focus on strengthening the upper body, core, arms and legs with longer holds and flowing sequences. Β·
