The biggest takeaway?
A job interview is a conversation. Not a courtroom verdict.

Years ago, someone asked me,
“How do you always find time for work life balance?”

The truth is — you don’t find time.

My February was full.
Goals met. Sessions delivered. Milestones achieved.

But the best win?

Taking a couple of days to visit family in Chennai… and stealing one full day just to celebrate our birthday boy Yogendrah Vir 🎂💚💛💜

No matter how busy life gets, family is not a break from success.
It is the reason behind it.

Closing February with pride… and gratitude.

Some dreams don’t fade. They wait. For years, I carried one quietly in my heart — to study at IIM Bangalore.

Last week, life gave me the opportunity… and I grabbed it.

I am now a Certified Mindfulness for Effective Leadership Expert from IIM Bangalore. And honestly, it feels surreal.

This wasn’t just about a certification.
It was about completing a circle.
About proving to myself that no dream has an expiry date.

The last week has felt transformational.
Grounded. Expansive. Emotional.

Leadership, I’ve realised again, is not just strategy.
It’s presence. Awareness. Inner clarity.

Deep gratitude to Professor U. Dinesh Kumar and Professor Nitesh Batra for the learning and guidance.

And the campus? I fell in love. It’s calling me back already💛

Here’s to lifelong learning, the friends we make without looking.
Here’s to bold yeses.
Here’s to dreams that patiently wait for us to be ready.

Last night as we kicked off February together, the energy in the room reminded me that progress doesn’t need to be loud.
It needs to be intentional.

Because something that I’ve seen time and again is
what we do in the first 90 days of the year decides how far we’ll go in the remaining nine months.

Momentum isn’t built in December.
It’s built now — in the choices, conversations, and standards we set early.
And It felt like the right way to step into February.
