Continuously attending Olympic Medalist’s Seminar is enriching sports karate in me 2024 with Ryo Kiyuna , 2025 with Sandra Sánchez (Olympic Karate Gold Medalist), and now 2026 Attending the International Kata Seminar conducted by Damian Quintero Tokyo Olympic Silver Medalist and former World No.1 Kata Player, was a truly memorable and enriching experience.

The seminar provided invaluable learning on sports kata performance, technical precision, competition mindset, movement efficiency, and the finer details that separate good athletes from great champions. Every session offered practical insights that will positively influence my coaching and the development of my students.
