Sports and psychology is a combination we conform to at Lazarus. We use psychology to understand the well-being and performance of an athlete.
While performing, athletes experience a ton of emotions. Here, our body produces various hormones (chemical messengers that are secreted directly into the blood) and neurotransmitters (chemical messengers that travel across the synapse of a neuron) that get secreted to reach the rest of the body (the targeted cells, tissues or glands).

Some popularly known and are:

🧠 - Exercise Hormone or "Runner's High"
🧠 - "Happy Hormone"
🧠 - "Love Hormone"
🧠 - "Stress Hormone"

Other chemical messengers like (Glutamate), , , and so many more are a part of our day-to-day functions and emotions.
Psychology helps us understand the athlete’s emotions while at play, training, winning or losing a game or just in life. It helps them understand their emotions and regulate them in sport.

It's time for an upgrade. Push your body to its explosive limit with sets of single-leg deadlifts that work to push your trunk, glutes, quads, hamstrings, and forearms into high-performance territory. Run faster on the field, jump higher on the court, and push harder wherever you are with a little focus on your deadlift technique.

Don't push too hard though, these deadlifts bite back. Overdoing it can put your hamstrings in a knot and hurt your spine. You know what they say - build the b***y, don't break it.
