I was one amongst the chubby kids in school and that grew to be one of my biggest insecurities.
As a teen my biggest nightmare was someone telling me I had grown a little bigger.🌸
Now when I think about I laugh at how the perfect body defination put me into a rat race of having a flat belly. 🌸
All we have to do is accept. Accept that each one of us are built different. Understand that everything we see on social media is not real.🌸
We are beautiful just the way we are.🌸
But what we definitely have to worry about is health.🌸
Make major lifestyle changes if you have joint aches, irregular period, depression, lethargic, irritation, diabetes, high/low blood pressure etc. Work on yourself not to fit in to the standards but to be happy healthy and active.🌸
