Our student krithika about her weight loss journey with beastfactory....
I was super hesitant to join these workouts I know many of you reading this now still are!
But trust me I have tried every possible thing to reduce my weight but all in vain.
Then I came across Beast Factory in search of someone who is a can help me out of my condition.
I got enrolled under Pandian( Arun) and my journey started with him. First couple of weeks I doubted myself I couldn’t believe if I could achieve my goal but my mentor just asked me to trust the process and keep following what he says.
Three months I was consistent with the diet and the workout plan I worked on improving my lifestyle and here I am today, with
1. Energy levels increased
2. Periods regularised. PCOD free.
3. Lost around 20 kilo and # # to L size.
4. Better body composition
5. Less fatigue and more confidence.
But all you have to keep in your mind is ; be consistent and keep reminding yourself about why you started.
Thank you Arun for making my diet plan so easy and effective. I never felt like I am on DIET. I am so glad to receive your guidance and motivation throughout the program.
Lastly, Thank you siddi for introducing me to this wonderful platform.
