The red gown i was talking abt in the beginning saying i wanna fit into it remember....
Till last month i dint get into it..now it fits like perfectly....

It has been 10 months since training with Farhan. The journey , to put it simply, has been fabulous. When I started training with Farhan, I had a shoulder injury that I was recovering from, tight hip flexors thanks to running without adequate strength and lower back pain due to sitting for long hours.
Farhan started with basic but effective conditioning for 30-40 days and then we moved to specific strength workouts. Covid19 didnt help us, but Farhan structured my workout around the basic equipments I had (a few dumbells , a resistance band, kettlebell). Today, I am mostly injury freewith greater muscular endurance (600 squats at once) and enjoying my regular life.
