This is not a beginner posture, when you try for these then make sure that you are working on your spine flexibility for some time and prepare yourself. If you back is stiff and try these postures, it's easy to injure yourself.

People think if you just have spine flexibility you can perform this Asana but if you lack shoulder mobility and strength then also you will not be able to perform this. Along with spine stretches, work on shoulder regularly to achieve this.

Once you achieve this posture don't stop practicing, as you can get deeper and deeper in future when you continue to practice back bend. This will help you or prepare you for other advance postures like pigeon posture or Natarajasana etc.

Journey continues so focus on journey than your destination

Few benifits
Improves spine flexibility and strength it over a period of time. Chakrasana, or the wheel pose, is one of the best stretches for your shoulders and spine.

Ashtanga Namaskar which is also called as Eight Limbed Pose where 8 parts of your body will be touching the ground. Your chin, both the palm, chest, both the knee and both the toe.

This posture can be a challenge for women who doesn't have much of shoulder strength but practicing regularly and trying to do this posture can actually help you gain better shoulder and arm strength with balance.

Why should you practice this Asana:

1. It's one of the best posture to start your arm balancing
2. It strengthens your arms abs tones your arm
3.it improves flexibility and mobility if your spine
4. Increases lungs capacity for better breathing
5. Helps in posture correction.

1:Make sure you wear comfortable clothes during your practice as it will allow your skin to breathe and will also help you to move with ease throughout.

2:It is important to keep your yoga mat neat and tidy as you will be breathing on your mat for the whole time while you are practicing.

3:It is best to practice yoga on an empty stomach to get the most out of the practice as it will prevent you from feeling nauseous, vomiting etc.

4:Choosing a calm environment is essential as it will lead to a calm mind and help you enjoy the power of yoga better.

Back Bends are amazing for your spine, at the same time don't be in a hurry to reach them. Give your body time and space open up with breath.

Have a target in your mind and work on them every day. Enjoy your journey as each session is taking you closer to the posture you have in mind.

Follow your breath and slow down as you need to talk to your body to understand it more. The more you breath with awareness, you get closer to yourself.
