Please join me in congratulating 🎉🤩 Anisha Baghel, a proud student of LWG, who has successfully cleared her Cabin Crew interview with Air India Express held in Delhi!

Anisha is a true example of resilience. Despite facing several challenges and a few rejections, she never gave up. She joined our All-in-One Course at the end of 2023, with her biggest challenges being communication and grooming. We provided regular feedback to help her improve in these areas and also trained her in other key skills, such as knowledge, body language, and confidence.

In the initial months, Anisha faced her own share of rejections, but what makes her stand out is that she never gave up. After each interview, she kept us updated, and we encouraged her to keep pushing forward.

On July 25th, 2024, Anisha cleared all rounds with Air India Express. However, during her medicals, she was initially marked temporarily unfit due to her eyesight and was given three months to correct it. She took prompt action, got LASIK done within that period, and finally cleared her medicals.🤩

💫 She’s now ready to join the Air India Express team on November 12th, 2024.

Throughout her journey, we’ve had the opportunity to guide and support her. Her family and friends have been her biggest supporters, and she believes that with the right support, anyone can succeed.❤️

Join me in congratulating Ansham Kumar ._.18 🎉, one of our hardworking students, for successfully clearing the Akasa Air interview on his first attempt! The interview took place on September 19th, 2024, in Delhi 🌟.

Ansham came to us a few months ago, expressing his passion for becoming a cabin crew member but lacked confidence in public speaking and struggled to express himself clearly. After a thorough consultation, we recommended personalized spoken English training with Ms. Nishat to build his confidence. We started with one-on-one sessions, recognizing his initial discomfort in group settings. After seeing significant progress, we suggested he enroll in our 6-week Cabin Crew Course. Throughout his journey, we worked on his communication, confidence-building, and interview skills, and his dedication to our guidance truly paid off.

Ansham has faced his share of ups and downs, but what sets him apart is his resilience. He stayed positive and committed, continuously working on his skills. By the time of the interview, he spoke fluently and confidently expressed his ideas.
