Yoga is fun and exciting for me each day at Akshar yoga. This is the most integral part of my day.
2 DAYS YOGA CAMP
A fit body is a temple to a sound mind, however, in this time and space, and in the era of a metropolitan lifestyle, us Bengalureans are finding it hard to prioritise our well being. Thus, to the end of ensuring that our society is transformed into that of a healthier one, we, at Akshar Yoga, have organised a Mega Yoga Camp to spread the message of Health, Peace and Happiness.
The event will consist of a wonderful amalgamation of Asanas, Pranayam and Meditation techniques that will relax the body and calm the mind. The Yoga Shivir will be led by Himalayan Yogi Grand Master Akshar.
Our team would be happy and humbled to have you grace the occasion. We invite you to come and support us to make Bengaluru the Health City.

6:30 AM – 7: 30 AM – Learn and practise a set of 15 asanas
7:30 AM – 8:15 AM – Learn and practise a set of 4 Pranayam Techniques
8:15 AM – 8:45 AM – Learn and practise a set of 3 Meditation Techniques
8:45 AM – 9 AM – Chanting for Peace
9 AM – Conclude for Day I
Feb 26th Event Flow*
6:00 AM – 7: 30 AM – Learn and practise a set of 20 Asanas
7:30 AM – 8:15 AM – Learn and practise a set of 5 Pranayam Techniques
8:15 AM – 8:45 AM – Learn and practise a set of 3 Meditation Techniques
8:45 AM – 9 AM – Chanting for Peace
9 AM – Conclude for Day II
