Nowadays I don’t run for speed and quicker time. I am now more concerned about how my body feels, my recovery, my breath and how I can use it more efficiently to obtain greater oxygenation. No soreness, no tightness … let’s go again!

The Hasta Mudra is regarded as channeling pranic energy just like the waves of the ocean generate tidal energy or they can be seen as a short circuit that is used to boost electrical impulses.
Hasta Mudras help the practitioner to redirect energy within and also create barriers to prevent the escape of prana.

Our personal yoga practice must make room for progress. The practice should not be so simple as to be static. Respecting limits is important, but so is gradually widening them.
The pace you progress is determined by the state of the body, mind, your surroundings, diligence and understanding. We should not stress ourselves unnecessarily. At the same time, we should look to deepening and strengthening our capacity of wellbeing through our yoga.
