OUTDOOR YOGA EVENT - 7:30 AM

Yoga is cool and all, but have you ever done sun salutation outside in the fresh air? Total. Game Changer. The sun is shining down, there’s always a fresh breeze to cool you off, and let’s be real —Its THE BEST !!

Drinking water is essential for a healthy body and a glowing complexion. But, when you’re suppose to drink 3 - 4 litres per day, plain old H2O can get boring. Adding certain ingredients to your water not only gives it a refreshing and unique taste, but works to cleanse and detox your system.

Here is one weight loss Detox Water recipe :

4 glasses water - in a jug
1 tbsp - ginger grated
1 cucumber 🥒 - sliced
1 lemon 🍋- sliced
1/3 cup - mint leaves 🍃

Cover the jug and let the mixture infuse overnight. And drink it all next day.

Follow this Detox water drink for the whole week.

Reverse Warrior.... lets start 👍🏻

For eg :-
Warrior 1 : Downward facing dog position then right leg up , right leg in front to the lunge position. Raise hands up and fold right knee. Same with the other leg. 10 repetition alternate each leg.
