π₯ Fresh Garden Salad with Eggs
Ingredients:
2 boiled eggs, sliced
1 cup lettuce leaves (washed & torn)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice (or vinegar)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Arrange the lettuce leaves on a serving plate.
Add cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes.
Top with boiled egg slices.
Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad.
Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Grilled Chicken Avocado Salad Bowl π₯π
Ingredients:
π Grilled chicken breast, sliced
π₯¬ Mixed greens or spinach
π₯ Ripe avocado, sliced
π₯ Boiled eggs, halved

Cherry tomatoes, halved
π§
Red onion, sliced
π§ Salt & black pepper
π₯ Olive oil & lemon juice (for dressing)
Instructions:
π₯ Grill the chicken breast with a touch of olive oil, salt, and pepper until fully cooked and juicy.
π₯¬ Arrange the greens in a large bowl.
π₯ Add sliced avocado, cherry tomatoes, onion, and eggs.
π Top with sliced grilled chicken.
π₯ Drizzle with olive oil and a splash of lemon juice.
β¨ Sprinkle salt, pepper, and optional seeds for extra crunch!

Mixed Fruit Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
π₯ Mango (diced)
π Strawberries (sliced)
π« Blueberries
β€οΈ Raspberries
π₯ Kiwi (sliced)
πΏ Fresh mint (for garnish)
Instructions:
Wash all fruits ππ«π₯.
Slice mango, strawberries & kiwi βοΈ.
Mix everything in a large bowl π₯£.
Top with mint leaves for a fresh touch πΏ.
Serve chilled & enjoy! πβοΈ

A recipe for a mixed berries and banana smoothie:
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
- A handful of ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the banana.
2. Add the banana, mixed berries, yogurt, and almond milk into a blender.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if you prefer extra sweetness.
5. Add ice cubes and blend again if you want a chilled smoothie.
6. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
You can also add a handful of spinach or chia seeds for an extra nutritional boost.

π₯ 1/4 cup pistachios (unsalted)

π₯ Crushed pistachios for garnish
Blend everything together β€οΈ.

Ingredients:
1 cooked chicken breast (grilled or roasted) π
1 avocado π₯
1 cucumber π₯
1/2 red onion π§
10 cherry tomatoes π
1 tbsp olive oil π«
1 tbsp lemon juice π
Salt and pepper to taste π§
Instructions:
Cut the chicken π into bite-sized pieces.
Dice the avocado π₯ and cucumber π₯.
Halve the cherry tomatoes π
