Announcement:
"Many participants are asking for the session on Pranayama and Meditation. We could not continue this on saturdays because of the numbers. However since a few have already shown interest in this session, we shall have it on this Saturday between 7-15 and 7-45 am as a continuance of the Asanas session.
Yoga is never complete without these two inputs. While Asanas are meant for the body, Pranayama is for the Lungs and the Heart, while meditation is for the mind and the brain, the latter accounting mostly for the stress and the resultant ailment of Diabetes and B.P.
Those who are interested, please stay back on Saturday for this session.
Thanks
H.A.NAGARAJA RAO"
