Since January 2015,I gave name to my Passion for helping people and serve them well to live a happy and blissful life. I am MBA Graduate with hands on experience with HR domain in IT industry. Coaching is training or development in which a person called a coach supports a learner in achieving a specific personal or professional goal. The learner is sometimes called
a coachee. Occasionally, coaching may mean an informal relationship between two people, of whom one has more experience and expertise than the other and offers advice and guidance as the latter learns; but coaching differs from mentoring in focusing on specific tasks or objectives, as opposed to general goals or overall development

I support the growth and development of new skills, models and perspectives that produce breakthrough results in their lives. My intention as a coach is to help the client to achieve all the personal and professional goals in their lives. I specialize in helping people overcome the obstacles that prevent them from accomplishing their goals and dreams. I provide powerful, compassionate support as they design for and realize their goals, their dreams; in their becoming the person who enjoys the results they desire. All the techniques I use are based on scientific research. My clients often say the results are magical, but there is really no magic involved. I utilize the knowledge of how our brains form habits and patterns of behavior, for your advantage. The people I work with often see big changes occur very rapidly from this approach.
