Hello people,
Hope you are doing your best to cope with the current situation. We also have a potent phase now with an eclipse happening tomorrow, 26th May. It is likely to amplify all that is happening both at an individual and collective level. While this may not make sense to you now, it is important that you sit with what life has placed in your lap to nurture acceptance. Engage the power of your intuition to hold space and reveal insights and action points for the way ahead.
Here's sending you an invite for an online Lunar Eclipse Meditation to Awaken your Intuition on 26th May, Wednesday at 7.30PM IST. Join me and a few like-minded souls if you can make some time for yourself. It's a tiny gift of self care that you will give yourself and others too by sharing your energy :)

If you read this much, hope to have you as part of the circle :)
Much love & gratitude

Mahashivratri wishes to all!
We share an image of the Trident or Trishul today and explain the symbolism.
It represents the three aspects of consciousness – waking, dreaming and sleeping. It also refers to the three gunas – satva, rajas and tamas. Divinity is beyond the three gunas and the three states of consciousness, but it holds the three gunas together and upholds the three states of consciousness. 'Shul' means problems or suffering. Trishul is that which destroys all kind of suffering.

- A Lesson in Gratitude -
written by Nick Ortner, via The Tapping Solution
A blind boy sat on the steps of a building with a hat by his feet. He held up a sign which read, “I am blind, please help.”
There were only a few coins in the hat – spare change from folks as they hurried past.
A man was walking by. He took a few coins from his pocket and dropped them into the hat. He then took the sign, turned it around, and wrote some words. Then he put the sign back in the boy’s hand so that everyone who walked by would see the new words.
Soon the hat began to fill up. A lot more people were giving money to the blind boy.
That afternoon, the man who had changed the sign returned to see how things were. The boy recognized his footsteps and asked, “Were you the one who changed my sign this morning? What did you write?”
The man said, “I only wrote the truth. I said what you said but in a different way.”
I wrote, “Today is a beautiful day, but I cannot see it.”
Both signs spoke the truth. But the first sign simply said the boy was blind, while the second sign conveyed to everyone walking by how grateful they should be to see.

Excerpt from Light on Yoga by B.K.S.Iyengar:
'The importance of Sarvangasana cannot be over-emphasized. Sarvangasana is the Mother of asanas. As a mother strives for harmony and happiness in the home, so this asana strives for the harmony and happiness of the human system.
It is a panacea for most ailments. There are several endocrine organs or in the human system which bathe in blood, absorb the nutriments from the blood and secrete hormones for the proper functioning of a balanced and well-developed body and brain. If the glands fail to function properly, the hormones are not produced as they should be and the body starts to deteriorate.
Sarvangasana works on the thyroid and parathyroid glands that are situated in the neck region. Healthy blood is allowed to circulate around the neck and chest. As a result, persons suffering from breathlessness, palpitation, asthma, bronchitis, and throat ailments get relief. As the head remains firm in this inverted position, and the supply of the blood to it is regulated by the firm chinlock, the nerves are soothed and headaches -even chronic ones – disappear.
Continued practice of this asana eradicates common colds and other nasal disturbances. Due to the soothing effect of the pose on the nerves, those suffering from hypertension, irritation, shortness of temper, nervous breakdown and insomnia are relieved..
The asana is recommended for constipation, urinary disorders and uterine displacement, menstrual trouble, piles and hernia.
With regular practice a person will feel new vigor and strength, and will be happy and confident.
People suffering from high blood pressure should not attempt Sarvangasana I unless they do Halasana first and can stay in it for not less than 3 minutes.'
