Do you target all body parts and chase proportions?
You must have seen that guy in gym who has huge upper body but chicken π legs π¦΅
If you are chains proportions just like me, try to target everything but every year set a target and try to change the lagging muscle.
For example your arms are well developed but shoulders are not, then instead of curling weights every other day, do shoulder presses and upright rows and all other great exercises that will help you grow your shoulders.
Remember it takes a ton of time to add muscle and dedicating 1-2 years to bring up a certain muscle group is very normal.
Fine tune your diet accordingly for growth.
Again it takes time so be patient and consistent with what you do.
Keep exploring and trying variations.
Ask for help from a coach is required.
Keep chasing the end goal.
