It was a pleasure to have some people from France come over for a Vrtti Yoga Session on Sunday ☀️
They are here for just 4-5 days, for a company visit
The company wanted their guests to have an authentic Yoga Experience, and that's what we gave them 🍀🪷🍀.
With the Nrityanidhi Gurukul premises, the chirping birds, their nests, the flowers in the garden, the famous Chikoo tree, the Bulbuls, the idols around, and the vibrant energy, they sure did have an exquisite experience!
During our PRATYAHARA,
Elodi said that she heard very different sounds - so different from back home.
She said that becoming aware of the air around was a unique experience, feeling more in tune with the present.
They had just travelled that morning, so this was a great segue into getting acquainted with India - for the body to acclimatise to the weather around here.
Antonio was mind blown by the experience and was in love with Ganesha. He was so relaxed by the Yoga Nidra practice.
They were both intrigued by the fact that Yoga can be felt when you are not on the mat.
We then went on to discuss different moments of "Yog" they had felt in their lives.
He couldn't get over our beloved Ganapati Bappa, amazed by his stories, and wanted to take an idol back to France, for his wife who apparently loves and practices Yoga.
We had a lovely conversation about life, and setting intentions for what's coming ahead, while we let go of what we don't want.
