Annual Complete Health checkup:
It's absolutely vital to take care of your body not just by eating a well balanced diet and doing regular workout, but by getting regular check ups too! We may look fit, but we may not be aware of the situation inside us and nobody should go through a struggling time especially because of some under cover deficiencies or health parameters hidden deep under layers.

For a few years , me and my husband have gone through an Annual complete health check up of all the parameters attached in the next slides and I'm happy to see that everything is perfect! 🧿 Telling myself aloud that whatever I am doing for myself and my husband's internal as well as external health is going in right direction . I do take care of this while planning diet and workout plans of all my clients.

Preventive Care: Health checkups focus on preventive care, helping you assess your overall health status and identify any risk factors or lifestyle habits that may be detrimental to your well-being. By addressing these risks early on, you can take necessary steps to prevent the development of chronic diseases.

The doctor was quite amazed at seeing my fitness level at 40 πŸ™ˆ A good day for me truly, hope you have one too! ✨
