Diet and Fitness

Diet and fitness is co-related and goes together.
While we put our hard work to achieve our fitness and well being goals for quite sometime. But what happens in between, we are not able to push it hard to achieve optimum health.
Why?
We can prevent hunger or cravings from ruining our plans.

A major reason even good diet fail is people just aren't able to stick to them long enough.
Wishes turn into cravings and ultimately binges, which can undo days or even weeks of hard work.

My advice to you as a fitness and nutrition expert if you have worked hard to achieve whatever you have achieved till now and now you looking for optimal result, please stick to your diet and fitness regime.
