5 Things I would focus on if I were just starting my fitness Journey-
1. I thought I always HAD to tarn 5-0 day a week to become more muscular and reach my goais. Believe me, listen to your body and prioritise rest. It plays a vital role in allowing your body to recover and actually grow your muscles. If you’re sore and motivation is 0 % take a rest day and enjoy it.
2. Learn to master your form and use the muscles you’re supposed to use during an exercise. In the beginning lat pulldown was burning in my arms, no way I was feeling my lats. Over time I learned to use my lats the correct way, now with less effort I feel my lats burning after lat pulldown. Same with other exercises.
3. Show up, concistency 200% made my physique like how it is today. Even it bad times, with no motivation, no experience | showed up to my workouts and diet.
4. Track your calorie intake. Especially when you want to lose fat you focus on diet need to be high!! This completely changed my physique.
5. Embrace variety in your workouts. Incorporating different exercises and training methods can prevent plateaus, keep your workouts exciting, and target various muscle groups, leading to a more balanced and well-rounded physique. Make sure you keep loving it.
