Here are glimpes of one of the best sessions delivered by Venture Smart on Self defense Technics at one of the MNCs. Off late we have been hearing/seeing multiple issues around safety, especially for women in our country.

Self Defense means standing up for yourself, protecting and safeguard yourself when your self-respect , self-esteem or personal space is invalidated.
Having said that, These Technics taught are not to harm or injure someone , Its only to protect and safeguard yourself when the situation calls for it.

To learn and take benefit of these technics one need not be a fitness freak or physically stronger than the opponent. These are simple, basic, yet very powerful skills and technics, which are to be used rightly and rightfully.
