I used to wake up tired bloated and exhausted and wondering my why nothing was working for me..
I was eating healthy.. I was trying but my body was inflamed and I didnât even know it..

1. Start your day with a spoon of healthy fat â I ghee, coconut oil, olive oil, or 2 walnuts + 5 soaked almonds
2. Cut out anything thatâs not cooked in your kitchen.. carry your lunch..
3. Reduce dairy and gluten (I know I know đ) but trust me you gotta try this for 14 days.. your gut needs a reset..
4. Finish eating by 7 PM. No late night snacking.. let your body repair, not digest overnight..
