Nobody ever moderated their way to a real transformation.

“Everything in moderation” sounds balanced. It sounds healthy.

When someone is recovering from alcohol or ci******es — the first thing they do is remove it from their life completely.

Not “just on weekends.”

Not “just a little.”

Gone.

Because they know that one crack in the boundary is the whole boundary falling apart.

Your health journey works the same way.

The processed food, the packaged snacks, the stuff you keep telling yourself is “just once in a while” — it’s not harmless. It’s inflammatory.

It’s quietly working against every health goal you have.

You cannot heal in the same environment that made you sick.

I used to wake up tired bloated and exhausted and wondering my why nothing was working for me..

I was eating healthy.. I was trying but my body was inflamed and I didn’t even know it..

So I went back to basics and these 4 things changed everything for me..

Try this for the next 15 days đŸ‘‡đŸ»

1. Start your day with a spoon of healthy fat — I ghee, coconut oil, olive oil, or 2 walnuts + 5 soaked almonds

2. Cut out anything that’s not cooked in your kitchen.. carry your lunch..

3. Reduce dairy and gluten (I know I know 🙈) but trust me you gotta try this for 14 days.. your gut needs a reset..

4. Finish eating by 7 PM. No late night snacking.. let your body repair, not digest overnight..

Your skin, your energy, your body — you will definitely feel the shift..

Health is expensive.
And I’m not going to pretend that it’s not.

Good quality food is expensive.
Blood tests are expensive.
Gym memberships are expensive.
Time is expensive.

Taking care of yourself properly? It costs.

But can I say something slightly uncomfortable?

Being unhealthy is expensive too.

The constant ordering in because you’re drained.
The “I deserve this” junk food after a stressful day.
The supplements you keep trying because nothing really works.
The skin issues. The fatigue. The mood swings.
The clothes you don’t feel confident in anymore.

And the mental cost
 that one nobody talks about.

The background noise in your head:
“I need to lose weight.”
“I’ll start Monday.”
“Why can’t I just be consistent?”

I’ve paid both prices.

And honestly?
The price of not fixing it long term was way higher.

When I stopped trying random things and actually learned how to reset my body properly

that’s when things changed.

Not just weight.
My confidence. My clarity. My energy as a mom. As a woman.

So yes. Health is expensive.

But so is staying stuck.
