the Desire age . At this age kids just want to have fun
playing , so the training is basic dribbling and running . Kids are allowed to have fun and play games amongst themselves without imposing many rules . We expect parents not to pressure kids at this young age , as they are too small to be put through rigorous physical or mental training . Age 8-12- Learning to Play - kids at this age are trained to develope stamina and follow a set procedure for warm up and taught dribbling skills and shooting techniques. At this age they are able to understand the game and are put through certain drills to help improve their overall skill and develope an understanding of the game . Age 12-15 -Developing the Player - At this age kids are put through physical regimes to help develope and strengthen their body . Upper body excercises are as important as working out their legs so they can whitstand challenges made by opponents while running . They are trained to understand the game tactically . This helps them adapt their game as per their opposition . Passing and Defensive drills are practised extensivley . Age 15-19-Preparing to Compete- Kids at this age have already developed into players and are made to play in tournaments to evaluate their skills . They are introduced to tactics and situations which they will face in matches against unknown opponents . They are well trained to face oponents and build a Winning mentality ! The Coaches
