Officials of the Cricket Association for the Blind in India and the Indian Women’s Cricket Team for the Blind Honored by “Hingoli Yellow Gold”
Rahul Gupta presented an appointment letter and honored Ganga Kadam, Vice-Captain of the Indian Women’s Cricket Team for the Blind, who was appointed as the Brand Ambassador of “Hingoli Yellow Gold,” during the Annual General Meeting of the Cricket Association for the Blind in India held in Bengaluru.
Special thanks to the Hingoli Yellow Gold team for supporting cricket for the blind and encouraging visually impaired women cricketers to achieve more and inspire others through sports.

The Annual General Meeting of the Cricket Association for the Blind in India (CABI) was successfully held in Bengaluru under the leadership of Dr Mahantesh G Kivadasannavar, Chairman of CABI, Shailender Yadav, General Secretary of CABI, and Buse Gowda, President of CABI.
The AGM witnessed the presence of state officials and representatives from across India, coming together to discuss the future roadmap of blind cricket in the country. Several important decisions were taken during the meeting with a strong focus on strengthening the sport, creating more opportunities for visually impaired cricketers, and driving the continued growth and development of blind cricket at the national level.

Empowering Through Cricket for the Blind 🏏
The 20-day Cricket Coaching Camp for the Blind, held from May 4, 2026, in Solapur, Maharashtra, successfully brought together visually impaired men and women cricketers to enhance their cricketing skills, confidence, teamwork, and discipline through professional training and coaching.
The camp was conducted for 20 days with the vision of empowering persons with visual impairment and creating equal opportunities through cricket.
This initiative was organized under the Samarth Sports Empowerment Programme by Hyundai Motor India Foundation.
We sincerely thank Hyundai Motor India for their valuable support in making this coaching camp a success and for encouraging the growth of blind cricket in India.
