Celery juice was introduced to me by Fernando a while ago he has a lot of good things to say about it and when one of India's top nutritionist puts so much emphasis on something you at the least give it a try.
For me it became Something i had to try after having the most painful kidney stones (closest a man could ever get to understanding how much pain a women goes through labour if i had to guess I'd say 1%of it ).
Also I do have a major case of gluten intolerance and a gut that gets bloated for a lot of reasons.

Celery juice is a strong alkaline drink that helps conteract acidosis, purify the blood stream ,aid in digestion,relax the nerves, reduce blood pressure,and clear up skin problems .
Celery is a well known natural diuretic and has ample ability to flush toxins out of the body. Celery also has a significant anti-inflammatory properties.

The in thing today is to run marathons.A
lot of people are running for health reasons ,some are running because there passionate about it,some run for a cause,some just because of peer pressure.
Whatever the reason all of us have to keep a few things in mind ,on a good day most of us manage to complete a 10 k run some with ease some with difficulty .
How do we get better ,how do we train ,what do we eat that's the question most forget to ask even if they do the last question sometimes the most important what and how do we eat is completely forgotten.

Hitting the books again . When working with a wide variety of population you come up with different issues every time you meet a new client.
Keeping up to date with present research helps but sometimes going back to your old notes gives you a new perspective.
