Corrective Techniques:

Neuromuscular Segregation – your brain must be able to determine the difference between your hamstrings, glutes and erectors and when each muscle is firing on its own, in a chain, or as part of a group. Glute activation exercises are an extremely effective way to isolate each muscle from the other when performed correctly.

Isolation Exercises – performing flexibility and strength exercises that isolate each muscle will not only stretch or strengthen the muscle independently, but will also assist in neuromuscular segregation.

Myofascial Release – foam rolling and trigger point therapy are extremely effective ways to increase blood flow to the tissues, reduce muscular tension, and decrease pain.

Flexibility Training – STRETCH….it’s not quite as simple as it sounds, but it is extremely rewarding when done effectively and consistently.
