😴 Sleeping late every day? Your body is keeping score…

πŸ›Œ Sleeping at 9 PM helps your body recover properly, keeps your energy levels high, improves skin health and helps you feel fresh throughout the day.

10 PM is also a healthy sleeping time because your brain and body get enough rest to recover from the entire day and function properly the next morning.

11 PM is the borderline timing. Sleeping late regularly after this can slowly affect your body, increase tiredness and even lead to problems like hair fall and low energy.

12 AM sleep schedule increases stress levels in the body. Over time, this can lead to weight gain, belly fat, mood swings and an unhealthy lifestyle.
