How wide should you go? In order to carry more speed into the corner, a driver should go as wide as possible both on the entry and the exit of a corner. A wider racing line will reduce the steering angle and increase the kart's grip.

Birel ART India’s driver Mihir Avalakki had an amazing debut season in Formula LGB, finishing overall 4th in the JK Tyre Indian Novice Cup.

In the last round of the championship, Mihir finished in 3rd place in Race 1. He then scored another podium by finishing 3rd again in Race 2, and closed his 2019 championship campaign with a solid 6th place in Race 3.

Great results for Birel ART’s driver Mihir Avalakki in the last round of the JK Tyre Formula LGB Championship in Coimbatore.

- Race 1: Started 12th and finished 6th after great on-track battles.

- Race 2: Finished 4th, but was given a 30-second penalty and was demoted to 11th.

- Race 3: Started from 11th, and again fought his way back to 4th place.

In the 5th round of the Indian Rotax Championship, Birel ART proved once again its superiority. In the Junior category, it was another 1st (Mihir Avalakki), 2nd (Ruhaan Alva) and 3rd (Rishon Magehalli), while Abhay M. finished a solid 5th.

In the Micro class, rookie driver Anshu Shivakumar led his first wet race, and finished a great 3rd on wet tires on a drying track, compared to other drivers driving on slicks.

The entire championship in the Junior class was completely dominated by Birel ART.
