in Bengaluru Vigoure is the sports team which was started from the bunch of athletes with the same passion .
The group was formed to train athletes for the sport MMA. Later Strength & Honour was formed by the two members of the same group to reach out and help training in the different part of the city ,
Since then strength & Honour as a team trained many fighters and the club was also expanded to Bangalore and it started in koramangala bangalore on September 5th 2025.

Body: Boxing isn’t just about throwing hands; it’s about moving smart. We see these defensive errors in the gym every day.
Here is how to fix them:
1️⃣ Slips: Don't lean your whole body. Keep it tight and subtle.
2️⃣ Rolls: Stop bending at the waist! Use your legs to change levels.
3️⃣ Wedge Block: Keep those elbows glued to your ribs. Flaring them out opens you up.
4️⃣ Block + Parry: Don't just act like a wall. Deflect the energy and prepare to fire back.
