At Balance ‘N’ Sync, we want to recognise this and be supportive.

This day is a day of reflection. Stop your daily chores for a few minutes, sit back and ask “Am I OK?”

On Thursday the 9th of September, Please take time to connect with one another to ask “ARE YOU OK” or tell someone “I AM NOT OK”.

Thursday is MENTAL HEALTH DAY at BnS! Don’t ignore yourself in order to do things for others.. PUT YOURSELF FIRST, YOU DESERVE IT!!

A fantastic outing with the children just before the long leave. Merry Christmas and a happy New year to everyone.
