Don’t change how you eat. Make it better.

Most women don’t need a completely different diet—they just need smarter versions of the meals they’re already eating.

Small, sustainable upgrades will always beat the “perfect” diet you give up on in two weeks. Your protein intake is built over the entire day, not in one meal.

Check out the A Soil-First Food Co. Led By Farmers. High Protein Khapli Wheat Atta! It’s high protein, high fibre and lower in gluten. 💅

“Why am I hungry again?” …this is your reminder that your body isn’t failing you. ❤️

You’re making food for another human being. Of course your body is going to ask for more.

So instead of feeling guilty every time you’re hungry, try asking, “How can I nourish myself better?”

A few foods to focus on:
🥣 Protein: paneer, tofu, Greek yogurt/curd, soy chunks, milk, dal + rice combinations
🌾 Daals & pulses: moong, masoor, chana, rajma, lobia, kala chana
🥬 Colourful vegetables & fruit: to help you meet your vitamin and mineral needs
🥜 Healthy fats: nuts, seeds, peanuts, sesame, flaxseed, ghee in moderation
🥣 Fermented foods: homemade curd, yogurt, buttermilk, idli, dosa, sauerkraut if you enjoy it
💧 Fluids: sip water regularly through the day—especially while breastfeeding.

Your body is doing more than it ever has before.

Please don’t make it do all of that while wondering if it’s “allowed” to be hungry.

Why most diets fail outside the house.

If your entire “health lifestyle” is soooo rigid that you only do it at home, you’re signing up for failure. You can’t possibly follow it when you’re at someone’s house, on a trip or at a wedding. And what happens then?

Back to square one. And you don’t deserve that.

You deserve to see and KEEP the results of your hard work. Losing is weight is not easy and you shouldn’t be trying to do it again and again.

Want to see and learn how I lost 45+kg of weight and kept it off even 10 years later? Follow Pujah K Shah | Women’s Health | PCOS / PCOD Coach.

I also provide coaching that helps people figure out a way to make fitness a part of their lifestyle without sacrificing on all the things they love. If that’s you, reach out to me via DM.

Common is not normal.

Late periods, chin acne, facial hair, hair fall, sweet cravings, 3 PM crashes, stubborn belly fat and bloating are not things you should keep brushing off just because “everyone has it.”

Your body might be giving you signals you were never taught how to read. Then, you end up forcing yourself into poor diet plans, “hustle” culture and wonder why it doesn’t work for your body. ):

Comment “PMOS” and I’ll send you the checklist I wish someone gave me when I was 15.

used to think a good weekend meant losing a day to it. now it just means using all of it.
