What an incredible opportunity for these young athletes hearing the experiences of Latvian professional player, .marcinkevica who had a career best ranking of 196 in the world in Singles & 146 in Doubles. Diana had competed in all 4 Grand Slams and we were fortunate enough to hear & have a unique glimpse into the dedication, sacrifices, and challenges that come with reaching the highest level in sports. Her stories about overcoming adversity, handling pressure, and dealing with setbacks was incredibly motivating & tells us that success doesn’t come overnight, but through persistence, resilience, and a love for the game. A great show by our performance player at the recently held BRICS Games in Kazan, Russia where she secured bronze medal for the country. We couldn’t be more proud of this achievement as she is one of the most disciplined & hard working players we have. Upwards & onwards for this amazing player.
